i 140 and i 485 denied, pls help

hello. everybody!
I applied for a eb1 on October 25 2006. On january 7 2008 received a notice for more evidences.Sent it.On april 15 2008 I140 and i 485 denied.I ahve not receive the notice yet, I do not know the reasons.I do not have any viza for a back up.The last one expired on november 17 2006.I have a few questions.Can i appeal, this is going to help me to stay here legally? My ead expired already.Can i apply for a new one if i appeal? And I am getting married next week.My future husband is applying for a E2 viza in 2 weeks.Can I be his dependant , can I apply now, or ..thank you very much in advance

What was the basis for EB1? What was your previous visa status? What is the reason for denial?

Once you are out of status and I-485 is denied , you become illegal, as far as I know. Once you are illegal, you cannot change status except by USC marriage. I am not an attorney so I suggest you talk to a good attorney in such a serious matter.

previous viza was h2b, eb1 is for dance ability.thanks.i just receive my denials , thinking to file appeal
