1.I have a job offer with the same resposibilities as now with the current employer but job title is changing as manager.what should i do?is it possible to take that offer.
2.I have a job offer with the same resposibilities as now with different employer with same job title in different state.what should i do in my scenario.
plz let me know if anyone in the same boat.

Title does not matter. The job has to be similar/same. For example, a Software Engineer can become a system designer but not a project manager. It also depends on what was mentioned in the labor as the duties and responsibilities, not what you think you do.

As long as the new job is "similar" to the job GC is based on, you can use AC21 provision and change job, same company or different company.

AC21 can only be used after 180 days of filing I-485.
