interview letter problem.. please help

Hi,

My husband is an American Citizen, he filed for my G. card july 2007. We got all the notices on time as well as my work permit that we received last October.

Since then, the online status has not been changed for all three filling forms.
We have waited a long time, but the lawyer said that we should wait more because they did not pass our notice date by a month.

Two days ago we got a letter saying the filing has been denied because we did not show up on Januray for the interview.

We have received nothing about the interview at all. and again the online case status has never changed unless for the work permit , when they said they have sent it.

What should we do...we have never changed the address... the same since we got married.

Please help this is not fair at all...

Make an infopass and explain the situation. This is not the first time i heard of such a case! They for sure will reschedule your interview
