I have been married to a US citizen for the last 4 years. We have gone for two interviews, replied to RFE and visited the senators office for several times. The senator was helpful in inquiring the immigration about may case. One point the IO stated my file is on adjusticators desk and will take two weeks to get approved and she further told me to hold on applying for my EAD. Well two weeks passed, I applied for my 4th EAD which was approved within a month. I have gone for fingerprints two times in 3 months. Has anyone experienced this, or what could possibly be happening, and why is my case still pending. Any thoughts will be appreciated
