Please Help me with an advice regarding I 458 Supl A.

Hi Guys,
I need some help with this, I want to petition my mom, I got I-130 and I-458.
She came with tourist visa and remained here, after the visa expired.
I don't know if she needs I-458 Suplement A to file also.
Would you guys please let me know, it is kind of counfusing.
Also, in I-458 is asking for her current status: What would be that, Legally admited or Expired Visa? Pls help.
