Finger Print INS and FBI not having records

I did my finger print and till date FBI and INS don't have records . At the same time they have my wife record .
So called INS and they said they will reschedule mine - instead they have rescheduled for my wife and not sent the letter to me .
What does this mean should my wife go again even though INS has her record or I should take a copy of my old Finger Print and do only mine .
Any advice is really appreciated

Two interview two finger print

I attend my second interview on 23rd May 2006, did second finger print 5th july 2006 for AOS through my father who is a citiezen.

I file this case in 11 November 2003.

When do you think I will get my green card.

Please help.

Unfortuantely, its tough to gauge when the process will be completed. The check takes as long as it takes................its a name check and a background check and sometimes the name is aproblem............if more than ayear passes then you'll have to redo them. Some people hav etheir green card in less than a month after an interview, others wait almost ayr.........if the wait becomes too long, contact them and say the case is falling outside the processing time and sometimes it triggers some activity

Where did you do it? If it's Louisiana or Texas I've heard about crazy delays paperwork shuffleing due to misplaced people from Hurricane Katrina.

How Much Should I wait?

I received a Biometrics appoiment for June 27, 2006 but I was unable to go that day so about a week before my appoiment i followed the re-schedule instructions on my appoinment. It has almost been a month and I have not heard anything about my new appoinment, Does anyone know how long I should wait to hear about my new appoinment or If I need to do anything else? Thank you

Unfortuantely, I dont see your original post and forget what was there.......usually when you reschedule , you do it by phone and you get a date there and then..............

if you sent it by wrirting, theres nothing you can do but to wait

Up until last year it used to be that you could just call and reschedule an appt and get a new date right there and then but now I understand that the notic ehas to be a written one......................does the notice says that if you cant mak eit that you could go in any WED and do it?

The Notice says that they will try to give you a new appoinment for the nesxt avaible Wednesday or Saturday afternoon. Do you think I should go to the imigration office to ask about the new appoinmetn?
