Hi,
i hope someone can give me some advice on this matter because im very confused.
I've been working in the US on a H1-B and i recently got married to a US citizen. Now i want to file the appropriate papers in order to adjust my status and get my EAD etc so i need forms I-485, I-130, I-765 right?. I have a job offer from a biotech company and need my EAD as fast as i can.
Im confused as to what i need to file, the order, and how to file??
1. What order do i file these in?
2. Am i eligible to e-file all these forms?
3. What "application type" do i select on the I-485?? They all do not apply to me. I am now a spouse but i did not enter on a K-1 Visa??
4. Do i need the adjustment of status before i can get the EAD
If anyone can help guide me through all this i would very much appreciate it
