change employer after 180 days of 485 filing but no enough paystub

Hi guyz .. someone help me
I am computer engineer on H1 status. have approved 140 and 485 pending more than 180 days. I have paystub only for the last 5 months. i want to change the employer and move to EAD status. the question is if my employer intents to withdraw 140 .. can i still continue my 485? Or what possibly my employer could hurt me while i change of employer ?

After 180 days of 485 being in pending status, withdrawal of an approved I140 by the company has no impact if you change employer and be in a same/similar job using AC21.

Paystubs is a totally different issue and you need to be paid all the time on H1b.
