First off, My girlfriend came here on a tourist visa late January of this year. We met while I was on work in Brazil(she was a co-worker there), and I invited her to come on vacation here. At the end of the vacation we decided she would stay here and get married. We are marrying next week, at which point we will file an I-130 and I-485(and all the accompanying forms). So, we did a consultation with a lawyer, and I decided to fill the stuff out ourselves(we are both college graduates, how hard can it be right?). At this point I have two things that are concerning me, 1.) Our age, I am 36, she is 24, are they going to stick a microscope up any oriface over this? and 2.) We knew each other prior to her coming here on the B-2, it was not our intent to marry when she came here, but after a month it just made sense on multiple levels, I love her, my son loves her, my family loves her. My concern is while I know she didn't come here to get married, could they still see it as a visa fraud situation and deny us? 3.) On the forms, when it asks for her address, she is living with me, so I would put my address correct? Or would it be her address in Brazil since she is not actually a legal resident?

1.) It is possible, but if you can prove it, don't sweat it.
2.) For as long as she did not have the pre-conceived intention to enter under B-2 and stay here, and that she files the forms after 90 days of entering she should be fine.
3) some parts ask for "address/residence (where she lives)" so she must put her address with you. some ask for "abroad/address" so put the one in Brazil.
It is pretty simple to fill all forms on your own, even without a Bacherlor's degreeDisclaimer: The information you obtain from me at this forum is not, nor is it intended to be, legal advice. You should consult an attorney for individual advice regarding your own situation.
