I-130 & I-485
I-130 & I-485 Filed Concurrently in September 2007 for Father Birthdate 11/1933
1st fingerprint in October 2007
2nd fingerprint in November 2007.
EAD and I-131 approved and received in January 2008.
Case transfered to California in January 2008.
Called the USCIS for update and was told that the fingerprints were unreadable twice. Will send a letter for further action.
What are we required to do ? Please advise.
Do we need a police claearance from pakistan as my father has been in the US since July 2007.
