Hello friends.
Here is my question. I hope that someone can help me out. I came to the US on a H1b visa which was valid till 2010. before coming to US i got married to a US citizen girl and i came with her to the US. i applied for green card through adjustment of status and i got a conditional green card thru her. the problem is we developed some differences and are not living together as of now. she says that she wont help me in applying to remove the conditions on the green card and she has also taken away my green card. as of now my H1 is also not valid due to the fact that i was admited as an immigrant. after 2 years, i will have to apply alone to remove the conditions. i dont know what will happen after 2 years. i dont know whether i will get the permanent green card or not. i did not report and join my employer coz my wife told me not to go there and stay with her and find a job once i get the green card. meanwhile i am working in a IT company for the past 1 month. i want to know whether i can get my H1 b visa reinvoked if i dont get permanent green card after 2 years at that time. if i can do that can i do that with a different company? i already have the stamping. my only question is if i can get the Notice of Action from another company will i be in a legal status if i lose my case while applying alone for the permanent green card. someone pelase help as i am very stressed out and helpless as of now.
