    change from CP to EAD- I140 ?

    I have applied for I-140 with CP options. But now looks like that I can not go for CP (personal reasons). Can I change to AOS ?

    Not Legal Advice:

    Yes you can. All you need to do is simply file the I-485. INS will take care of the rest.
