AOS Approved without PD being current, wife on hold

Hi there...hoping someone can help me with this. I just received a notification that my 485 AOS application has been approved.

My PD is Dec 2002. While the PD from June 2008 bulletin is still Nov. 2001. I was waiting for the current PD to reach Dec 2002 so that I could file my wife's AOS application along with mine. I am unsure what process to follow now to have adjustment of status done. Currently she's on H4, and am assuming that visa gets invalidated as my H1 does as well with the 485 approval.

There is nothing you can do now. Your spouse is out of status with your GC approval.

Follow to join seems to be the only way left. Talk to your attorney.

hi - did you confirm that your approval is appropriate by the USCIS when the PD is not current - from your lawyer?

hi - can you tell me if you got confirmation from your attorney or USCIS that getting 485 approval without the PD being current is valid? This would be very useful to know for a friend who does not have an attorney but in the same boat.

What is this special way? Need more info for my awareness. AFAIK, there is no special way other than family based with a long wait.
