I have got approved I-140. My H-1B expires Dec, 2002. In my first H-1B I was laid and was out of job for sometime, I got 2nd H-1B with another employer before my fisrt H-1b expired. Is this going to be a problem at this stage? Because after I got laid on first H-1B I moved to another city, so my residence address would not match with my H-1B employer address when I fill up G-325. Can anybody help me?
