GC interview

Hi,
I'm going to local INS office for GC interview soon, I did the I485 through my husband, but I work for a company too. Today, I found out that my H-1B has expired, and my EAD card expired at the beginning of this year too.
Any one knows it'll cause me trouble or not.

contact a lawyer

since you are technically out od status right now, you should contact a lawyer.

prior to your interview, you should be prepared to answer to INS why you didn't extend your EAD or H-1. a lawyer may be able to guide you on your answer.

incidentally, why didn't you extend your EAD?
