Hello everyone,
I entered in the US on K-1 visa and got married to an US citizen within 90 days, and now im applying for AOS I-485.
The problem is that we dont know if we have to submit Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) as we have the affidavit of Support (Form I-134). What is the difference between these two forms and which is better to submit in order not to have delays.
