Address change I485

Hi,

I'm on H1, and had applied for I-485 last year, have EAD and AP both expire in (Nov 18th and Dec 12th of 2008) and I140 approved. My situation is
I recently moved from MO to NV and would like to fill AR11. My H1 visa in passport is expired, but I have H1 renewal till oct 30th 2010.
1) What date should I enter for "If not a Permanent Resident,my stay in the U.S. expires onDate - mm/dd/yyyy)" the renewal expiry date in I797 of H1
or the expiry date in I94 in passport which is already expired. I think the date in I797 would be correct, but just want to make sure.
2) Should I also change address on EAD and AP case as well or is it ok to update address on both when I apply for renewal wich I will
be doing in next month.
3) Do I have change address seperately for I485 or the AR11 with my alien number in it would take care of that?
4) Wife is in India, she's on H4, will be returning back in Sep'08, how can I fill AR11 for her? Does she have to fill when she's back?

1. I797 I-94 is your I-94 now, not the expired one. Put that date.
2. If they are already approved cases, no point in changing them. Do it only for pending cases.
3. Yes. AR11 does not take care of it all.
4. No need to file AR11 for her as she would note the correct address while she enters the US in the arrival record.

On similar lines, I have question. My situation - filed 485 in July 07; EAD & AP will expire on Aug 30th, 08. Currently,both of us are here in US.
We already filed my wife's and my EAD and AP extention (May 30th,08).
We are planning to move out to a different apartment on Aug 1st.
I plan to file ar-11 for i-485 both for my wife and for myself on Aug 1st .
(1) In case, EAD, AP are still in pending status on Aug 1st, do we have to file ar-11, in addition to the one we file for i-485?
(2)If yes, how many? one for EAD, and one for AP (for each of us)?

It is suggested that you do file for an address change for each pending application and also AR11.
