Adjustment of Status based on Sister

Hope you are fine & doing well.

Currently I am in USA & my I-94 allow me to stay till November `08. My sister is citizen & my father will get the green card within a month. Is there any possiblity to adjust my stutus before my I-94 expire. And work legally.
