regarding I-130 approval

I have filed I-130 and I-485 concurrent to Chicago lock box on Dec 2007. I received my receipt notice from Missouri. And had my initial interview in Memphis on Feb 2008. According to the uscis priority date, I-130 are processed only in California and Vermont service center. So my question is how do I know which service center is handeling my applications?

Since you filed both together, I assume you married an US Citizen?

In that case, they are being processed at the National Benefits Center (formerly MSC).

What was the outcome of the interview?

yes, I am married to USC. The officer told us that everything looks good but the name check is still pending and I will get a greencard in mail or a notice to get a stamping in passport by six months. We haven't heard back anything from them yet except I received a work card. When I go to http://www.immihelp.com/processing-t...sing-times.jsp , I-130 or I-485 form types are not listed in there. Is there any other place I can look the priority dates? Online status says the case is pending.

I would suggest you make an infopass appointment and follow up on your case. It really does make a difference following up rather than waiting. Good luck!

Nobody is handling your application. The file is probably sitting at your local District Office, waiting for the namecheck to clear... there is not much you can do.

ASC Appointment Notice

My husband filed for I485 last year and then we went for finger printing.

Now again in 2008 I went for finger printing(Case type I485 Application to Register Permenant Resident or Adjust Status).

I already have EAD and Travel document. Please advice how long it will take to get green card.
