My 140 got approved and 485 is over 180 days pending.
I have :
My employer is not sharing the details of my labor / 140 (i.e. job title, responsibilities etc). They are saying it is against the company policy.
I am getting new job offers. Now, my questions are :
1. how to change employer using AC21 without the labor information? per my understanding the new job should be same or similar as in the PERM labor.
2. What documents are required to file AC21?
Appreciate your help in this matter.
I have :
- Xerox copy of 140 approval notice
- Original 485 receipt
- valid EAD & AP
- used AP for re-entry
- currently on AOS with the same employer (filed I-9)
