I 485 pending

Hi
I got my GC approved in Nov 2007. But for my daughter I originally filed her I485 3 months later than my application.I filemy application in Aug 2005 and I filed application in Nov 2005.

I tried several times with USCIS but so far no reply. Please let me know how to handle this situation.
