Timeframe from notice about production of card till receipt of the card

Anybody who recently received their card, could you please post how long exactly it took from the notice stating that the production of card was ordered to the actual receipt of the card. It says up to 30 days, then the welcome notice says up to 60 days, lawyer says could be as little as 8 days and as long as eternity. My mother needs to travel and would rather go with GC in hand then with a stamp in the passport. We just got the notice on 7/1.
How long did it take for you?

PS. I tried the tracker but it doesn't give that info--would be helpful.

2 weeks after it says Card Production ordered

I got it like in 10 days or so after that status.
