  • removal of condition

    Hello,

I am getting ready to apply for removal of condition. We have been married for almost 4 years now and we have a lot of things proving that (bills, bank statements, insurance....) Should I send all of them(it is a huge stack of papers) or just random bills from the past 4 years.
I looked on the website USCIS.gov at the list of required papers, however I was wondering if it would be helpful to add letters that I have received from the Dean of my University to congratulate me on my school performance, or awards I have received for my voluntary work, anything that would create a good impression on my behalf.
I also wanted to know if it would be OK to have 2 letters of recommendation from the family, my mother in law and my brother are willing to write us letters of recommendations.

    Thank you.
    V.

The more you send, the better it is. Provide as much documentation, photos, letters, emails, and anything that you think could help you with it. They sometimes will give you the removal of condition without the interview just based on paperwork.
