I-485 and I-130 concurrently

Hello

I am wondering which box to check in Part 2 of Form I-485.
I (with my petitioner) will be applying concurrently form I-130 with I-485 and all other forms in order to apply for a green card.
I am inclined to check box a but I haven't yet received an immigrant visa number. Should I check box h instead?
