Will husband's history affect I-485 application?
Hi, My husband is here illegally and he also has a criminal record...a day in jail for a bounced check and a civil suit for money owed ($3000) and a bad credit history. Will any of this affect my I-485 application?

The bounced check is a concern as it could be criminal in some states and if he got some goods or services with an intent to defraud someone, it could fall under CIMT.
Rest all are civil issues. If USCIS thinks he is being a burden to the society financially, there is some reason to be concerned.
