Medical examination (K3)

Hi all,

I have a question: my wife entered the US on a K3 visa and I am preparing to file I-485. Is the medical examination required in her case since she already did one for the k-3 visa?

No, its not necessary. I know this for a fact because a close friend of mine got here 3 months ago and she didn't have to do the medical again. You can call the 800 number though and find out.
