H4 visa for spouse

Hi,

I'm trying to get a H4 spouse visa for my husband since I'm on I-485 . What are the requirements ? Do they need to have educational qualifications to get a H4 visa? and what other documents do they need?

What are the chances of getting a H4 spouse visa if they are male and muslim from Kashmir, India?
