    Yes, derivative can be added now. What about the validity of employment verification letter? Derivatives do not need any such letters.

          What part the instruction from USCIS website are you having difficulty in understanding? It is clear to me from what you posted that it can be used.

              You can use the old EVL. If needed, USCIS will ask for a new one in a RFE. Wht is getting a new EVL such a big issue? Use the 693 form from USCIS website. Most of the immigration civil surgeons keep these forms handy and you don't need to take it with you for the medical.

                  That should be fine. EVL is not a big deal for the derivative application.
