Hi,
I received my K3 visa & landed in U.S.A. I'll be applying for adjustment of status in U.S.A.
In the G-325A form, there is a section asking for 5 years employment details(From Date & To date of job to be filled in). I hold a job in my home country & intend to apply for job transfer to USA once my EAD is approved. I'm currently on leave. This being the case, what should be the "TO date" of job to be filled in??
Will there be any problem to get I-485 approved while I still hold my home country/overseas job??
