Change of Employment/Need advice please
Hello,
Please help.. I have approved I-140, I485 is pending for more than 1 year, I also have EAD.
Problem: Prospective employer offers lower salary by more than 10k rather than what is filed on my labor certification.(example current salary 60k, prospective employer offer only 50k)
I like to accept job offer because it is more stable company and offer great benefits
Will I have a problem with USCIS once they adjucate my application? Do I need to send USCIS portability letter informing them of my new employer stating salary and similar occupation?
