I-485 and Medical Exam

Hi All,
My fiancee is here on a K-1 Visa and she had her medical examination before she went to the K-1 interview and now I was looking into the application for Adjustment of Status and one of the form we need to submit is I-693 (Medical Examination & Vaccination Record). Now since she just had her medical exam overseas about 2 months ago, do we have to go through another medical exam before submitting for the AOS? Any help would be greatly apperciated from the experts here.

No, she should not pass the medical exam once again. While visiting the surgeon she should show there the page 4 of the I-485 form Instructions, it says:
"If you are a K-1 fiance(e) or K-2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiance(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement, not the entire medical report."
The medical exam she had before the visa interview is valid for 1 year.
