I485 and stamping in Passport

We received I485 approval and GC in the US mail. Are we required to get anything stamped in the Passport? Do we need any endorsement in the Passport if we want to travel out of US and reenter? The welcome notice did not mention any endorsement requirements in the Passport. If required, can I go to any INS Office.

No stamping or endorsement needed. Just your passport and GC.

Do I need to get fresh SSN (existing has watermark - work only) for me and SSN for my dependents (they do not have none now). Where can I get complete info for post GC approval.

Take your GC and passport to SSA and they will get you a new SSN card without the endorsement.
