My current employer has filed a green card application for me. At the time of filing the application, they made me sign a document on company's letterhead stating that....
"If I leave the company within a certain time, I will reimburse all the green card expenses to the company".
Here are some questions,
1. Does this document have any legal value?
2. If I want to change job after 180 days of I-485 filing, can I do it?
3. If yes, can my existing employer take me to court?
