I-140 and I-485 at TSC

I just have seen at TSC that I-140 backlog has been reduced from 8 months to a month now in 2 months. Wondering if people who have filed I-485 with TSC has seen any improvements. Please post here as I am thinking to do a CP or AOS at TSC.

for 485 it has grown from 365 days to 540 days to now 750 days. CP is a very attractive phrase nowadays - especially those under TSC.

I was through TSC. My freind Fred got his I-140 approved at the same time as me (January 2001). I did Consular Processing while Fred decided to file I-485 with TSC.

I got my green card 7 months ago after a successful CP. Fred has not yet recieved his fingerprint notice.

Our cases were identical.

My CP - 6 months from I-140 approval to Green Card.

Fred's I-485: 14 months and still counting.
