Civil Surgeon for Vaccination Records Only?

Help with I-693 please...
Civil Surgeon will not transfer the vaccination records to the I-693, they want to redo a full medical, even though medical is less than 1 year old. I contacted several Civil Surgeon on the list, all are the same… any advice? Thanks!

It has to be done by an approved Civil Surgeon as provided by USCIS.

If they are asking for $$ to re-do the vaccinations, it does not make sense even if Insurance pays (It does not if it is done for immigration purpose)for it. Vaccinations are valid depending on when they were administered.

I am sure you will find lot of doctors that can look at proof of vaccinations administered in US and fill I693 accordingly in your area.
