I485- of my son
Myself,my wife and my son's I-485 has been approved and since me and my wife have done biometric, both of us will soon get green card. Since my wife and son is in India, my son's biometric is still pending and hence he will not get green card even though his I-485 is approved. I applied for rescheduling of his biometric. My wife and son will be coming back to US on sept 15. So my question is while returning back to US , will my son be allowed to enter using valid L2 visa? His L2 is valid through Aug'09. He does not have advance parole.
