Unmarried Children over 21
Hi,
My mom applied for my immigration in Feb of 2003 when I was already over 21 years old. She just became a US citizen. I am now 26 years old and I live in US holding F-1 Visa.
I am wondering how I can change my application status to expedite the task?
Also, my case number starts with ANK which refers to Ankara US embassy. I don't want to leave US to obtain residency. How should I proceed?
Are there specific forms that I should fill to adjust my status? should I get an immigration lawyer? how complicated is this process?
