Hi, I want to start working with a new employer on EAD, but it is not arriving yet, however I am on valid H1-B from my previous employer, can I start working?

Your H1B is specific to a job and employer. Working for any other employer/job would put you out of status (never a good idea - especially now).

You will need to wait until your EAD arrives.
