What if I change my employer afer 180 Days ?

Here is my situation -

I have more that 180 days passed since my I-485 was applied. Currently I am
on bench and my employer is going to lay-off by the end of April 2002. I haven't yet
received finger print call. My employer is in Pittsburgh and my green card is processed by
Vermont Center. I live on Columbus, Ohio.

Here is my Question -

If have an offer from a Columbus based company. Assuming I join this company, will my green
card file gets transferred to Nebraska center since Columbus falls under NSC. ?


Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
