I filed I-130 first for my Parents as I am USC & Later on I filled I-485 for them. All of these filed when they were here in US on Visitor visa.
I got approved I-130, EAD & Advance Parole for both of them but in I-130 approval it is mention that their application is sent to NVC for consular processing which is wrong ??
When person is here and applying for AOS, How can they transfer to consular processing which I never ask ?
What should I do ? I am planning to call NVC to find out but any experience will help me greatly ?
