I-485 on hold... why???

Does anyone have any idea what this could mean?? And as soon I send whatever their are requesting the case will go on???

You forgot to include one of the documents requested as part of the initial document... most likely tax documents, or a birth certificate translation, etc.

You will receive a letter, telling you what you need to send back to them, you send it to them within 90 days and the case continues... It happens all the time.
