Hello! I have a question. I 'm on H1-B visa and I'm waiting for adjustment os status (I-485). My husband is wating for the court about political asylum ( he is on removal and he appealed to immigration court). Could he file for I-485 with me now and get a green card with me or we have to wait till court decision?
