I-485 Ref????
This is the letter that I received from USCIS about my application, and they are requesting some more information, that I could now understand, because I sended all the tax returns!!! My husband just opened a company and we don't have any profits yet, so how can I prove it?
I call USCIS number but they didn't really help, they only saID to do a letter explaining the situation!!!
The petitioner/sponsor on Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, Support,indicate that he is self- employed. In order to process your application further submit one of the folling:
. IRS-issued transcripts of your Federal income tax return for the most recent tax year.
OR
. All Federal income tax schedule filled with IRS
Any advice????
