Change of Employer

Hi,

Below are my details.

Labor is Approved.
I-140 is Approved.
EAD Card is available.

I-140 and 485 are applied concurrently. (It has been around one year since I-140 and I-485 has been filed.)My I-140 is approved now.

Question is :
1) Can I change my employer since my I-140 is approved
2) Is there any time period I need to still work with my current employer after my I-140 is approved ?
3) While transfering do I need to have the Labor approval and the I-140 Approval copy (b'cos my current employer is not willing to
give this documents)

You may wanna look at the restrictions on your EAD card and I am sure you cannot just go out and get another job which a different employer.

You can change the employer as your AOS is in pending status for more than 180 days now and your I140 has been approved.

However you need the copy of I140 approval notice to swich to another employer. You'll need that when you inform the USCIS using AC21 about your change of employer.
