Question on Change of Jobs

Currently I am working on H1B. I have my I-140 approved on Feb 10,2008.I applied for EAD renewal. I have a permanent job offer and I would like to know if I can take it? will there be any problem from the current employer?

You may wanna look at your EAD to see if they are any restrictions. I am positive you do, so you cannot change jobs.
