Interview date for AOS
Hi all
My husband got married in MArch 08 after he came in for a visit on VWP January 11 08. We decided to get married while he was here because #1 i got pregnant within 2 days of him arriving here... i guess not seeing each other for 2 months umm well anyway
We subsequently lost the baby in early Feb due to an ectopic pregnancy , i went thru tough times emotionally and physically after this happened and when my divorce was finalized 2 weeks before his vwp and flight back to Uk was due we decided to go through with the plans we started when we found out i was pregnant and get married. Anyway he has his EAD and AP now we have our interview date and wondering what to expect.. it says initial interview does this mean we will have another?
We have also lost another baby this past month and wondering if i should get a note from my doctor stating that i was pregnant both times and lost the babies to show evidence of a bonfide relationship.... I am also worried about proving the intent that we did not plan this before he visited but i am thinking that the fact my divorce was not finalized yet is enough?
we also have preliminary booking info for a wedding NOv of this year which we planned on doing before all this happened thinking we would file K1 when my divorce was finalized..
if anyone could let me know what to expect and bring to interview it would be great
