Affidavit of support

I am applying for adjustment of status based on approved EB1 petition. Do I need to include Affidavit of Support (I-864) with I-485 application for my wife?

Need I134 for AOS

for spouse for all categories.

Are you sure ?

Recently found out that Affidavit of support is not needed in such cases as wife gets the 'derivative' status. Affidavit of support is needed only when you are petitioning (I-131) for your wife.

Found out from where? I have seen RFEs for not enclosing AOS for employment based cases. I even have a friend whose spouse was on H1 (even while applying for 485) , they got a RFE. AOS is not required for I131 (AP) applications.
