Hlp me please!!!

I am entered in US with the Visa I 94 in June. We have got married on 08-02-2008. On 08-08 we have sent I 485 and I 130 the applications to Chicago I have a return air ticket at the 09-05-2008(next week!!!) .Must I fly back to Germany or can I wait till I receive answer even if my Visa I 94 has expired?

I really would be very glad if anyone could help me!!!

It all depends on the status of your visa. If your visa is expired then you may wanna apply for an advance parole.
