When filing a I-130 and I-485 to adjust status, do you have to put your employers details if you have not been working legally? What are the repercussions, if any, if you say you have accepted employment illegally?

    Thanks!

Yes. You have to disclose unauthorized employment. This will be pardoned by USCIS because of marriage to an USC. However, you better have paid taxes for the income generated from this illegal employment.

If you lie about it, then it would be a problem.
