Urgent help needed
Hi.. I visited the US multiple times in B1 from 1999 to 2001. In 2002, I came here on H1b. However, my company did not pay my wages and after being here for around 6 months, I went back to India. Now I am here on L1A for a multinational company who wants to file my GC. I heard that I went out of status in 2002 because I did not get paid. Will this affect my GC processing? Any advice on this would be appreciated. Thank you for your help in advance.
